Comfortable beds and great views from the restaurant added to the experience, making it a pleasant stay. However, the persistent odor in the hallways was off-putting, and the lack of immediate resolution from staff when reported was frustrating. Ironing issues compounded the inconvenience, contributing to a less-than-ideal visit overall.

The stay included comfortable rooms with a good TV size and quality. A great location near a festival with convenient breakfast options nearby. However, the staff seemed unresponsive to requests, and remnants from previous guests were found in the refrigerator. Evening noise from a nearby festival made relaxation difficult, impacting the overall experience.

I truly enjoyed the lovely riverside views and the inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. The spacious balcony in my room offered a perfect spot to relax while overlooking the peaceful river. It was wonderfully accessible for seniors as well.
Better variety of breakfast options would be appreciated.

I was unimpressed with the size of the beds, as I requested queen beds but received doubles instead.

Stunning River Views and Relaxing Stay
I really enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Columbia River from my spacious room, which made my stay delightful. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere that helped me relax. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to enhance the dining experience.

missingWrote a review on Aug 30breathtaking viewsdirect accesspoor breakfast
The views of the river are fantastic, making it hard to ignore the beauty surrounding the place. There’s a direct path to the river trail, perfect for a morning stroll or renting a kayak nearby.
When checking in, I found out my request for an upstairs room wasn't honored, leaving me with a room that faced a bustling street rather than the promised river view. The breakfast setup was a disappointment—no complimentary offerings, just a pricey sit-down menu, which isn't what I expected for the rate paid. Even the refrigerator needed maintenance to get it working properly, contributing to a feeling of neglect. Also, the air conditioning was a bit touchy. I struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature without running the unit for an extended time. While the hotel's location is fantastic, the noise from multiple emergency vehicles kept me up at night, broken by the awkward layout that made access to the rooms less convenient.

Loved the river views and the cozy bed! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, a nice stay despite a few quirks.
I didn’t realize I booked the ‘barking dog’ suite—paw-sitively chaotic!

I had a great time at Holiday Inn Richland On The River. The riverside views from my room were stunning. The room itself was spacious and clean, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I liked that the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The gym was well-equipped, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast had decent options, but the variety could be better. I was disappointed when the restaurant wasn’t open during my stay. it limited my dining choices. I faced some noise disturbances during the night, which disrupted my sleep. Despite that, the stay was comfortable overall.

The room was super spacious and spotlessly clean, and I loved the ease of accessing my room through the sliding glass door. Relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the jacuzzi were absolute highlights of my stay. The only downside was having to pay for breakfast, which was a bit of a surprise for me, but overall, I can't wait to return! 😊

The room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were nice to sleep in. I liked having the outdoor option. it was cool to step outside and relax. The TV worked perfectly. The view of the river from the window was a nice touch too. But the overall decor felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

Nice location but needs better management
We had a pretty average stay. The location is great, and the pool area is nice. The breakfast was just okay and really needed better cleanliness. We were short on towels and had to ask every day. Don't even get me started on the cobwebs on the balcony furniture! Overall, could really use a makeover.
