Our view room with lanai was worth the upgrade. Beautiful park and river view. Lisa at the front desk was helpful and 24-hour fresh coffee available.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel is located in an area with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for travelers. Guests can enjoy a nice view from some of the rooms. Despite the hotel being outdated, the lobby area is well kept.
The bed sheets were not cleaned properly.

Great complementary breakfast, friendly staff, and perfect location near the river and trails.
The room furniture was old and outdated. The pool area was not well maintained with broken lounge chairs and overflowing garbage cans.

Spent Christmas at a hotel on the river and it was a great experience! Loved the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff. The location was ideal with easy access to nearby restaurants and the beautiful community park. It was also great to have free parking which made it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot.
The rooms were quite outdated and could use a serious refresh. The noise from the hallway and upstairs guests was also a bit disturbing. we enjoyed our stay, but it was clear that the hotel was in need of some upgrades.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee and ice near every room, which was great. The location of the hotel was key as it offered an incredible view of the park and river. Additionally, the front desk staff was very helpful.
The hotel was a bit tattered and could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. The lack of maintenance was evident for some guests, as they experienced issues such as water dripping from the ceiling. the experience was not the best, and some of the negative aspects could have been avoided with proper maintenance.

Beds and pillows in my standard king room were comfortable. I was offered an enjoyable breakfast with bacon and sausage. The staff was helpful, always there to help.

We came to Richland for one night, everything was good. The breakfast with bacon and sausage was served in the bar. Liked spotless room with ac, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The service provided there was fantastic!
